Terms of service

“Seller” — a Ukrainian sole proprietor (ФОП) operating under the leren.clo brand. Full legal details are in the “Legal details” section below. “Buyer” — an individual placing an order on lerenclo.com.

The Seller agrees to deliver to the Buyer the goods ordered on the site, and the Buyer agrees to pay for them and accept delivery on the terms of this offer.

An order is considered placed once it's confirmed on the site and (if needed) by phone or DM.

A manager may reach out to clarify size, colour, delivery time, or if the item is out of stock.

The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order for valid reasons: out of stock, pricing error, undeliverable address. In that case, the payment is refunded in full within 7 business days.

Prices on the site are in UAH, taxes included. Shipping is paid separately at Nova Poshta rates (free over ₴2000).

Promo-code discounts apply to goods only, not shipping.

The Seller is responsible for product conformity to description and product quality. For defects, see the “Returns & exchange” page.

The carrier (Nova Poshta) is responsible for parcel integrity during transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, it must be opened in front of a branch employee with an incident report — this is grounds for a free refund.

We aim to resolve all questions and complaints individually — message us on DM or email and we'll find a solution. If resolution can't be reached, disputes are settled per Ukrainian law.
