Privacy policy

At checkout we collect: • First and last name — to address the parcel correctly. • Phone and email — for manager communication and order confirmations. • City and Nova Poshta branch (or courier address) — to ship the order.

While you use the site: • IP address, browser and device type — server logs, for security and analytics. • The products you've viewed — for recommendations (stored in your browser, not on our server).

If you create an account we also store a hashed password (we never see the original).

Solely to process, ship and support your orders, and to reply to your messages on DM/email. We don't use your personal data for marketing campaigns without your explicit opt-in.

If we ever launch a newsletter for new arrivals or promotions, we'll ask for separate consent and include an unsubscribe link in every email.

• Nova Poshta — gets the recipient name, phone, city and branch to ship the parcel. • Payment gateway — receives the order amount, email and technical details to process payment. We don't have access to your card data. • Google Analytics / similar — receives anonymised visit stats (IP anonymised).

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

The site uses cookies for cart, login and anonymised analytics (visit stats, product popularity). You can block cookies in your browser settings — some features (cart, account) won't work properly in that case.

You have the right to: • Request a copy of all your data we hold. • Correct inaccurate data. • Delete your account.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. Note: data on completed orders must be retained for Ukrainian tax law — we can't delete those records but will provide access on request.

We may update this policy. The last-updated date is tracked in our admin panel and shown on this page. If changes are material, we'll notify you via DM/email.
