Shipping & payment
We ship via Nova Poshta across Ukraine. The exact lead time for each model is shown in the “Ships in” block on the product page.
Order preparation lead time
Standard preparation time is 1–4 business days. Some items have a different lead time (e.g. made-to-order) — see the exact number on the product page.
If we can't meet the stated lead time for any reason, our manager will reach out to adjust the order or issue a full refund.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays start processing on the next business day.
Nova Poshta delivery options
• Nova Poshta branch — the popular option, ~60–80 ₴ carrier rate. • Nova Poshta locker — 24/7 self-pickup. Small parcels only (locker dimensions). • Nova Poshta courier — to-door delivery, ~120 ₴ and up depending on city.
Orders over ₴2000 ship for free — we cover the carrier fee.
Order confirmation
After placing the order you'll get an email with the order number and details. If we need to clarify anything (size, colour, delivery time), a manager will reach out by Telegram, Instagram or phone.
Once we hand the parcel to Nova Poshta, we send you the tracking number (TTN).
Payment methods
• Bank card — Visa, Mastercard. Paid through a secure payment gateway. • Apple Pay / Google Pay — one tap via your wallet. • Cash on delivery — paid at the Nova Poshta branch. The carrier charges a small COD fee (~20 ₴ + 2% of the total) — this isn't included in the order amount.
Card details never touch our servers — payment runs through a certified processor.
International shipping
We currently ship only within Ukraine. If you're abroad and would like to order, DM us on Instagram — we may be able to arrange something one-off.
