Returns & exchange

If something doesn't fit, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of delivery. One message on Instagram or email and our manager will walk you through the return.

Return conditions

Items must be in original condition: • Unworn, unwashed, unpressed • No damage, stains, perfume or smoke residue • All tags and labels in place • Original packaging

Per Ukrainian consumer-protection law, the following items are non-returnable: underwear, swimwear, socks, stockings, and any custom/made-to-order items.

How to start a return

1. Message us on Instagram @leren.clo or email [email protected]. Include the order number and reason. 2. We'll send you a return address and help with the Nova Poshta TTN. 3. Pack the item in its original condition (ideally in the same box) and send it back. 4. Once we receive the parcel and verify the conditions, we refund or ship the exchange within 3 business days.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except when we shipped the wrong item or it has a manufacturing defect — in those cases we cover the shipping.

Size exchange

If you need a different size of the same model, let us know right away. If we haven't shipped yet, we can swap the size without a return.

If the parcel is already with you and the size doesn't work, follow the standard return process above. In parallel we reserve the size you need (if it's in stock).

Manufacturing defects

If you find a defect (uneven seams, fabric flaw, poor dyeing), take a photo or video and message us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We'll send a replacement or refund in full and cover the return shipping.

Processing timeframes

• We review the return within 3 business days of receiving your parcel. • Card refunds arrive within 7 business days (your bank determines the exact timing). • Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to the card details you provide.
